No matter if you have bought anything from that seller or not whom you want to contact. It’s a little bit different, it gives you some options if you have bought a product from that seller but it’s pretty similar. So, on the product page where you have a listing of a product, there is no link where you could click on for contacting the seller. The only thing which you have there when scrolling down and go to the end of the page, you have a section called ‘Have a Question’.
That is something which usually amazon prefers you to do and but then your question is not only visible to the seller but also to all other people. Maybe, it is a question which you don’t want to place in public because it’s a personal thing or for whatever reason. I mean, sometimes, you also do not get an answer here from the seller. Usually, you get more answers here from buyers. Even when you buy any product, I mean when you click there on your order and the crazy thing is that you don’t get any of the seller contact links there as well. So, when you really want an answer from the seller what to do is you have to click on the sold by there you have a nice crude, not on the product name.
On the product name that’s more like the product manufacturer but you don’t want to contact the manufacturer and it’s anyway hard to do that but you can contact the seller. So, click on the sold by there, and no matter if you have bought that or not, you can click there. Then, there will be a new page.
After that you have to click on ‘Ask a Question’ and then it’s depending on if you have already placed an order or not. You just want to select there ‘An item for sale’ only if you haven’t bought the product. I would then suggest using the ‘Customize a Product’ option and then you can also write a message. It works pretty well, usually, I get the response within 24 hours.
