All these factors together had increased my daily productivity in the long run and sure, meditation will be a guiding factor for my success.

It has definitely kept me happy and positive and it also keeps me calm and gives me energy and also helps me set intentions for the day. Over years, it has helped me grow and become a more conscious and aware person, conscious about everything that I do and aware of my surroundings.

I have been doing it for years that has really helped me, to become who have become is exercise daily. It’s said that exercise can be a cure for nearly everything in life, from depression to memory laws, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, and more. I know the thing about endorphins that makes you feel good and why we should exercise and stuff, right? … But exercise has such a great effect on our happiness and well-being, that it has been proven to be an effective strategy to overcome everything.

Eating healthy foods really helps me keep calm, positive, and happy every single day. Food has a huge impact on our mood, how often we eat, what quality of food we eat, and also the right amount of protein and fat, everything makes a difference. I have noticed over the years that when I’m careful about my food, I’m in a better frame of mind and also more energetic. My gut health is directly associated with me, feeling happy and positive.

Tip 05: Sleep


Sleep more, not only does getting enough sleep make you happy but being a happy person could help you achieve a good night’s sleep. There was a time in my life and I took pride in working harder and sleeping less and being busy. Being busy was a constant state of my being. But now sleep is very important for me, and it has really helped me calm down and live a life full of quality. It has also helped me, be less reactive to things.

There are tons of researchers done, supporting the pure health benefits of adequate sleep. Insufficient sleep increases a human’s risk of various health complications and increases our chances of suffering from various diseases, from diabetes to heart disease and cancer, as well as weakening the immune system overall.

These five things I incorporated many years back slowly, one by one into my routine, and I have been consistent with it and all these five things have really made me a different person. The person that I was 10 years back, and the person that I am now, I see a huge difference. I see my growth, I see the way everything in me and around me has evolved for the better and I think these habits that I developed slowly have really helped me to become the person that I have become and I wanted to share with you all.

Pick up any of them, maybe you can start with one thing, you can start with just eating clean or meditation. Be consistent. Do it for three weeks and see the changes. You will find a change in your behavior, in your mode, in your thinking pattern, and then continue it after that incorporate the other habit, probably in a couple of months, and then continue that.
