Before Doing Exercises: Warm Up Your Facial Muscles
Before starting any of the exercises, firstly you need to warm up your facial muscles. In order to do this, either stand up or sit down while keeping your back straight. After that, try to speak vowels for as long as you can. Speaking “i”, “o”, “e”, and “a” often works best. Hold on to this exercise until you feel that your face is warm.
